Lutz Co., Ltd. (Japan) Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ashokrao Mane Group of Institutions (India)

Lutz Co., Ltd. (Japan) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ashokrao Mane Group of Institutions (AMGOI), operated by Shri Balasaheb Mane Shikshan Prasarak Mandal in India.

This partnership marks an important step toward international collaboration in the fields of education and skill development.

Through this collaboration, both organizations aim to develop innovative educational programs, promote international exchange among students and faculty members, and create new opportunities for global learning.

Background of the Partnership

From September 26 to 28, 2025, Sayaka Miura, CEO of Lutz Co., Ltd., was invited as a guest speaker to the “Global Shapers Summit,” a United Nations-supported and World Economic Forum (WEF)-recognized international forum held at Ashokrao Mane Group of Institutions (AMGOI) in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.

Following subsequent discussions with local educational leaders after the summit, both parties reached an agreement that led to the signing of this MoU.

Overview of the Signing Ceremony

The signing ceremony took place on October 1, 2025, in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.

Professor Pravin B. Ghewari, Campus Director of AMGOI, signed the agreement on behalf of the institution, while Sayaka Miura attended as the representative of Japan and Lutz Co., Ltd.

In addition, Ms. Miura was appointed to the university’s Academic Council, a prestigious academic advisory position equivalent to a senior professorial role. In this capacity, she is expected to provide professional guidance for future educational program development and curriculum design.

Introducing “Fun Fan Chat” to Educational Institutions Across India

Through this partnership, efforts to introduce “Fun Fan Chat” into educational institutions throughout India will officially begin.
