Served as Chairperson at the International Summit “World Economic Forum India (Synthesis 2025)”

Chairing the “Global Shapers India 2025” Official World Economic Forum Event at Warana University, India

In December 2025, I had the honor of serving as Chairperson at the official World Economic Forum event, “Global Shapers India 2025,” held at Warana University in Kolhapur, India.

The venue was an international forum attended by approximately 500 participants, surrounded by a vibrant blue atmosphere symbolizing the future.

Seven speakers from Japan gathered at the summit, each bringing their own expertise and experience to share meaningful insights on how AI and communication skills will shape the future of society and the global economy.

The people I met there were all passionate individuals driven by a strong desire to improve their country and pioneer the future.

I was deeply inspired many times by the powerful spirit and energy of the Indian people.

A University That Functions Like an Entire City

Warana University, the host institution, is far more than just an educational facility.

Within the campus are a sugarcane factory, dairy plant, marketplace, chemistry museum, and even a planetarium, making the university itself function like a self-contained city.

This unique environment, where education, industry, and daily life coexist seamlessly, felt like a miniature model of the future society.

During my stay, I was especially struck by the mindset of the local people who continue moving forward relentlessly, as well as the words shared by many of the leaders there:

“India may be 15 years behind Japan.
But we are looking 50 years ahead.
And our mindset of never giving up is already 200 years ahead.”

The Future of “Fun Fan Chat” — Creating Fans Through Joyful Conversations

My presentation theme at the summit was:

“Fun Fan Chat Future — The Future of Creating Fans Through Joyful Conversations.”

In an era where AI is rapidly evolving, the question we are once again being asked is fundamentally this:

“What truly moves the human heart?”

Bringing emotion into words
Building trust through enjoyment
Nurturing human relationships through conversation

Precisely because AI continues to advance, what becomes even more important is communication and connection that genuinely move people’s hearts.

“Fun Fan Chat” Goes Global

Although my stay in India lasted only one week, it felt as though I had experienced an entire year’s worth of personal growth.

What impressed me most was that India’s greatest strength lies not in technology or infrastructure, but in its unwavering mindset of never giving up.

Conversation transcends borders and cultures.
It connects people, builds trust, and shapes the future.

This experience further strengthened my belief in the power of communication, and I hope to continue sharing these insights with Japan and the rest of the world moving forward.
